Learning Group Three

It's has been very pleasant to be with Joseph, Anthony and Agnes in this group during the workshop because I was able to learn how to be a good teacher and health worker. Joseph and Agnes had been a very good source of information meanwhile Anthony was better in analyzing hence helped us get solutions to the various challenges we faced.

I was also able to get the importances of group learning and brainstorming and it would be eminent to arrange such a workshop in the future so that we get to learn in our various fields together to make our working environment more efficient. in our argument through brainstorming, we were able to reach positive and useful conclusions.

My credit to the organizers of this knowledgeable training and hope they will continue to do the same to other parts in Sudan and more for us in th e future.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY PRACTICE.

One can improve on his/her practice through the following ways:
- Refresher courses.
will enable one to retain knowledge acquired and keep useful.
-Planning :
We need to plan inorder to fulfil our tagets within a certain period of time eg how, where and
when.
- Documentation :
Is the most important tool when practicing my craft because it helps me trace out what I have not accomplished as planned earlier and include in the next plan.
-Source of information:
Correct source of information help us improve in the respective fields.And information can be
be found in Libraries, Internet, Meseums, other human beings and training centres.

Mechanical de-mining.

Mechanical de-mining is a method of mine clearance using machines.

NPA mine Action has already two of such machines and it's my responsibility to help the operations room in making use of them effectively in terms of planning and usage to get maximum output and ensure that the quality of work done is to the standards in NPA mine action Requirements.

With the knowledge I attained from the workshop, Theme: HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY PRACTICE !! I'm quite confident that there will be much improvement in my department and NPA mine action in general. Due to the several ways of information gathering and learning proceedures which will enable me pass knowledge to others.
